Can anyone help?

Can anyone assist with this inquiry?

To the poster: What time period are we talking about, during which Jack Muggridge owned land in this town? That may help to narrow down where to look for a map that suits your purposes. Also, was he the original owner of the land (that is, did he get it from the Crown as a settler), or did he buy it from a private person?

Thanks!
